Children’s Dance Fit in East Devon
Children’s Little & Junior Starz* Zumba Dance Classes
CHILDREN HAVE FUN & IMPROVE FITNESS & CONFIDENCE LEVELS!
In 2012 JM DanceFit successfully introduced and established Zumba dance classes for children aged four to eleven years at Primary Schools throughout East Devon. The classes are currently available in Seaton and Exeter.
The children’s dance classes consist of two different age groups:
- Little Starz* for children aged 4-7 years old.
- Junior Starz* for children aged 7-12 years old.
The children’s Zumba dance class consists of a fun, exciting and healthy program designed just for kids using the Adult Zumba concept. In both classes, children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music. Children’s dance and fitness classes have been proved to encourage and help develop creativity, self-confidence, respect, team work and a sense of individuality.
Seaton Primary School classes are open for all children to attend, whether or not the child is attending the school. Ide Primary School (Exeter), have their own exclusive Little and Junior Starz* class on a Wednesday.
At the end of each term parents/guardians are invited to attend the last twenty minutes of their child’s class where they will be able to watch the children take part in a small taster performance. The children’s Star of the Term class certificate ceremony will then take place. To view past class performances and activities please click here.
